Ovita is the first pure Game Farm in Namibia. Since 1980 guests can experience the wide range of game on the 10,000ha big region without any inner fencing. The different bio habitats in the diverse regions provide the wildlife with the natural surrounding they prefer. Therefore we were capable to repopulate species, which once were common in Namibia and thus bring them back to the country.
Not just the common species like Impala, Oryx or Springbuck are frequently seen on the farm area. Especially the rare game types such as Nyala, Waterbuck, Lechwe, Sable and Roan make the stay at Ovita Wildlife an unforgettable experience. The tranquillity and peace of nature gives your soul some rest when you enjoy a nice sunset while watching the different animals at the waterhole.
Next to relaxation we also offer adventure activities. If it is testing your skills on our bow shooting range, having a nice guided walk through the bush with the family or going rock climbing - there are activities for all age groups at Ovita Wildlife!
