    • Augrabies Falls NP at it's best in terms of volume of water
    • More insects around
  • Mar - Cooler 
    • Post summer for camping & National Parks. Veld will be lusher and game will be a bit more spread out, but game viewing around waterholes will still be good.
    • Augrabies Falls NP at it's best in terms of volume of water
  • Apr - Cooler 
    • Post summer for camping & National Parks. Veld will be lusher and game will be a bit more spread out, but game viewing around waterholes will still be good.
  • May - Colder to Cold

    • Hiking, such as Fishriver hiking trail
    • Spring flowers in Namaqua NP
    • Post winter for camping & National Parks. Veld will be dry for good game viewing consentrated around waterholes. Your chance to see the smaller animals such as African Wild Cats or Bat Eared Foxes will be greater, due to the dry veld.
  • Sept - Warmer
    • Hiking end, such as Fishriver hiking trail
