Stretched over the dunes of the Green Kalahari in the Northern Cape Province, FM Safaris’ Kalarabia Lodge is the essence of Karoo wildlife and ultimate luxury. Luxury Chalets. The 2 Desert Adobe Chalets are spacious rooms which consists of two twin beds and include fireplaces.
Premiere Chalets. There are 3 Premiere Chalets. One boasting a separate lounge with a fireplace which also leads through to the bedroom. The king size bed with crisp linen and mosquito net creates an ethereal effect and is popular for romantic getaways.
ABS Executive Villa. Perfect for the family, this spacious suite is one-level rooms overlooking the dunes and the Kalahari sand. The room consists of two bedrooms, one with a king size bed and the second one with two twin beds and leads onto a wooden deck with a view of the waterhole.
Khoi San Bush Camp. The true “in-the-desert” experience. The upstairs Arabian style lounge has a spectacular view over the waterhole and desert plains. The down stairs dining room and kitchen offers guests the opportunity to truly escape the ordinary routine.
The camp comprises of a single twin bed chalet with an en-suite bathroom facility and a twin-bedded 4 by 6 meter Arabian tent with private bathroom. The bush camp can accommodate a maximum of 4 guests sharing.
